Pond House

When a home honors its history, considers the present, and looks toward the future, it will stand the test of time. That authenticity was the guiding force behind Pond House, set on a property our builder, Jeromy, cared for as a teenager. It was an honor to return and build something worthy of a place he holds so closely.

Pond House was built to be rooted in the local vernacular and immediately at home beside its historic neighbors. It found its people quietly, too. A lovely couple who had been our back-up buyers for Lost Quarry Farm fell for it and bought it before it ever reached the market.
