Mountain House

Set in a remote corner of the Catskills, this property struck me as special the moment I saw it, with its wide mountain views, old-growth hardwoods, and gurgling streams. Even the hand-laid bluestone walls felt like they had always belonged.

We designed the house to be both grounded and refined, and to let the surrounding landscape lead. It is the kind of place that feels calm the moment you step inside. Natural materials, careful proportions, and an undefinable softness keep the focus on the views and remind you to watch the light as it shifts through the day. The house was a labor of love with my builder, Jeromy, and it holds everything we love and cherish about this valley.
